The Sam Houston Area Council continued its tradition in 2012 of providing this reception
free of charge for the incoming Eagle Scout Class of 2011-12 and their guests, which will be underwritten with generous sponsorships by many Eagle Scout Charter Members and Patrons. Scoutmasters were also invited to attend as the guest of a 2011-12 Eagle Scout from your unit. This event was free of charge to the new Eagle Scout and his three guests.
Attire: Appropriate attire for 2011-12 Eagle Scouts is Class A uniform. Scoutmasters and Parent-Scouters may wear Class A or business casual.
Refreshments Served: Appetizers, Tea and Lemonade will be served at a reception between 5:30 and 7:00. This
not a banquet and the formal program will be in stadium-style seating.
