Everyone is welcome to attend and welcome to invite their friends and neighbors.  Andrew Lewis, member from the firm Lewis & Lewis, Attorneys at Law, PLLC will be facilitating this Sam Houston Area Council free seminar as a community service for Scouting.  Mr. Lewis represents individuals in the areas of estate planning and probate and businesses in the areas of transactions and litigation.

Andrew Lewis is a member of the firm Lewis & Lewis, Attorneys at Law, PLLC.  Mr. Lewis has over 15 years practicing law in the areas of estate planning, probate and businesses transactions and litigation.  In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Lewis is an experienced judge and mediator.  Mr. Lewis teaches estate planning at Rice University and regularly speaks to professional associations.  Mr. Lewis earned his B.A. from Rice University in 1991; his J.D., with honors, from Tulane University in 1996, and his M.B.A. from Emory University in 2004.

A well organized Estate Plan is especially important if you want to support your family or organizations you love.  Learn about the varied options available and the tax savings of Estate Planning including the current flux of estate and gift tax and how charitable giving fits into that, including charitable trusts, lifetime gifts and testamentary bequests.
