PEER-TO-PEER RECRUITING

My Best Friend is a Scout
The peer-to-peer approach is the ideal method of invitation to Cub Scouting. When our Cub Scout are being provided with a quality program, they become our best ambassadors of the program! Make all your Scouting events an opportunity for boys to bring a friend to join in the fun.
SELECTING CUB SCOUT LEADERS
Our Cub Scouts deserve the best leadership possible.
Click here for a copy of the publication Selecting Cub Scout Leadership, which will help you identify those adults who will help deliver the promise of Scouting to your dens and pack.
WEBELOS-TO-SCOUT TRANSITION
Every Webelos den leader should set a goal for each of their Webelos Scouts to graduate into a Boy Scout troop. A seamless transition requires the cooperation of many people and is a cooperative effort between the pack and the troop.
Click here for a link to the BSA National web site for information on how a pack and troop can work together to facilitate the boys' transition from Webelos Scouts to Boy Scouts.
